When I think of Choice/Dimension, my first thoughts are of the great people they have working there. The customer service is fantastic. At Choice they are constantly working to develop good working relations, better the program and meet the customer’s needs. Working with Dan and Tonya is really a pleasure. Not only are they knowledgeable, but also they have a sense of commitment to do it right. Dan is a great programmer. He always takes the time to work with me for those special things I need. Not only is he willing to work with me, and put up with me, but he is willing to teach me a few things as we go along. I love that! Tonya is wonderful at customer service. She always gets right back to me and follows up on things we have been working on. My only regret is that she is so good; they have her going out on new customer installations so much that I don’t get to work with her as much as I would like. I also have to mention Todd. Todd has worked diligently on our EDI system. He has spent many long hours taking care of our special needs. I don’t think the man sleeps. And, then there is Steve. Again, very responsive and easy to work with. Our company wanted to have a special report built. Steve worked closely with me to see that it came out the way I wanted it. I was never made to feel that he didn’t have enough time for me. There are a lot of systems out there. All in all though, the things that make a system work are the people. The people you work with day in and day out who are committed to doing a good job, making the system better and serving you. Choice has managed to hire those kinds of people.
